With all of our full wedding packages we offer you a complete wedding budget, timelines of the months coming up to and including the wedding day, assistance with invitation & wedding program wording, and 99% of the time you’ll save much more money than it costs to use our services!

Basic Wedding

With this package we can help you to arrange a beautiful wedding at a reasonable price. Some people want their wedding to be a simple affair; we will assist you in carrying out a wedding of this nature, without you having to deal with all the little extras that many people try to talk you into. A complete package that includes our number one baker, videographer, reception centre, jeweller, and so much more. You are still able to choose all of your own styles and use your own ideas; we simply supply you with an excellent compilation of businesses at no extra cost to you. With this package you will also receive piece of mind, knowing that each and every one of these businesses are tried, trusted, and approved by Flair.

The Frenzy!

When planning your special day, unforeseeable events may sometimes occur. This package is made available to you for this very purpose. It could be mere weeks before your big day, you've probably spend many months arranging the event, only to find that after all of this careful planning, something has gone wrong. We are on call to handle any unexpected developments, problems with businesses you've employed, and finish off any details you have. Leaving you to actually celebrate your wedding day, and those leading up to it, the way that you should be... Completely stress free.

Destination Wedding

Having a wedding in an area that you are either not familiar with, or is not easily accessible to you, can be an extremely difficult thing to do. By employing an experienced consultant to assist you with the plans, you are instantly relieving yourself from the anxiety that planning a wedding from afar usually entails…

Option 1- Marrying in Geelong

Whether you are from out of town, or even overseas, we will organise whatever you wish for your wedding. Our extensive knowledge of industry related businesses in the Geelong area means that you can rest easily knowing that you will receive an excellent quality of products and services. If wanted, we can arrange not only the wedding day itself, but also the days leading up to and also following the wedding. This can include things such as:

Accommodation for you, your family and your friends,

Option 2- Marrying out of Geelong

If you are hoping to wed overseas, or just out of town, we will thoroughly research every angle of your wedding plans to make sure that you are still getting a excellent standard of service and of course value for money. We can arrange everything from the legalities of marriage licenses, to the perfect photographer, to the best possible travel packages. If we are for any reason unfamiliar with the destination that you have chosen, rest assured that we will do everything we possibly can to ensure that your every need is catered for.

Lay-By Your Wedding

Too many times in the wedding industry we see people getting into trouble with their money situations and desperately trying to save every penny until the very last minute. Even if you have had money set aside for your big day, it is far too easy just to ‘borrow’ it and say you’ll put it back at a later date. For these reasons, if our clients book with Flair far enough in advance, we will always suggest to our clients our ‘lay-by wedding plan’.

Once the major components of your special day are in place, we can work out a payment plan designed specifically to suit your needs. You don’t have to worry about paying numerous different businesses the day before your wedding, all of your money would be paid directly to us, so as we can distribute it amongst all of the involved parties. You will also have the satisfaction of being able to see the progress of how much you have paid towards your wedding – instead of it just seeming to disappear.
